About the role: Join a highly regarded and growing Brisbane practice and work through a variety of matters across employment, industrial relations and workplace safety, including:

- Appearing at the Fair Work Commission.
- Providing advice about an employee’s suspension or ill-health management.
- Drafting submissions in response to a discrimination claim.
- Advising on steps to address a workplace conduct complaint.
- Getting evidence for an underpayment dispute.
- Workplace conduct and psychosocial risk matters.
- Serious workplace incidents and regulator investigations.
- WHS prosecutions and coronial inquests.

The ideal candidate:

- 3+ years' PQE in employment,



industrial relations and/or workplace safety.
- Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in workplace law.
- Experience managing matters and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
