About the role:

- Manage commercial litigation files from initial instructions through to resolution
- Draft pleadings, evidence, submissions, court books and related correspondence
- Appear at directions hearings and attend court to instruct counsel
- Liaise with barristers, expert witnesses, clients and other stakeholders
- Undertake detailed legal research and provide clear, commercially focused analysis
- Develop expertise across, lending, mortgage and property-related disputes

The ideal candidate:

- Must have 2-6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation
- A law degree supported by a strong academic record
- Sound knowledge of NSW civil procedure
- Experience appearing in court and/or instructing counsel
- Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills




- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A proactive and practice approach, with a genuine interest in developing as a litigator
- Experience in mortgage or property disputes will be advantageous but is not essential
