Role Description This is a flexible role based in Tweed Heads, NSW. The Lawyer will provide legal advice and representation to clients, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing files from initial instruction through to resolution.

Daily responsibilities may include meeting with clients, assessing legal issues, drafting correspondence and court documents, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court or tribunal hearings as required.



The role involves working closely with colleagues across the Stacks network, contributing to practice development, and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and client service.

Qualifications

- Admitted as a Lawyer/Solicitor in Australia, with a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one in NSW).
- Experience in personal injury law in NSW and/or QLD.
- Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills, including the ability to prepare accurate, clear, and well-structured legal documents.
- Demonstrated client service skills, including the ability to communicate complex legal issues in a practical and accessible manner.
- Sound file management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual matters and outcomes.
- Proficiency with legal practice management systems and common office software; comfort with adopting new technology.
- Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and participation in community-focused initiatives.
