The Opportunity

As our Lead Automotive Window Tint Technician, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of our workshop. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll not only perform exceptional automotive window tint installations but also mentor other technicians, maintain EverClear's technical standards and help build a culture focused on quality, professionalism and continuous improvement.

For the right person, this role offers genuine opportunities to progress into a Workshop Manager position as EverClear continues to grow.

Your Responsibilities

- Perform automotive window tint installations to the highest professional standard.
- Lead by example through exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
- Mentor, coach and develop other technicians.
- Maintain EverClear's quality standards across every installation.
- Coordinate daily workshop workflow to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure every vehicle is completed on time and presented to an exceptional standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workshop.
- Identify opportunities to improve workshop systems, productivity and quality.
- Foster a positive,



professional and supportive team culture.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive window tinting.
- Exceptional technical ability and attention to detail.
- Pride in producing consistently outstanding workmanship.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate other technicians.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
