- Lead Cyber Security Architect - (Must Have NV1 Clearance)

Duration

- 12 Months (Possible Extension) Location:
- Canberra We are looking for an experienced Lead Cyber Security Architect for an upcoming project for one of the federal government organisations for a long-term contract.

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in cyber security architecture including security governance, risk and compliance. Minimum of five years’ experience with Australian Government governance concepts with a focus on ICT, policy/standards development, documentation of frameworks.

Experience working in agile environments, with an ability to adapt to changes in project direction and stakeholder expectations.

Experience assessing the potential risks and security standards of greenfield environments.

Ability to produce technical documentation and present to executives.

Desirable Skills

Demonstrated skills and experience across all architecture domains (i.e. business, information, security, data, technology, integration, and application)

Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.

Responsibilities





Experience and in-depth knowledge across cyber security architecture and industry best practice.

Demonstrated experience as a cyber security architect using Microsoft products and platforms.

Experience with digital transformations.

Support various business areas by ensuring stakeholders adequately address all relevant compliance standards such as the PSPF, ISM, Agency Risk Management Frameworks and incident management disciplines

Develop and participate in the implementation of Client’s initiatives focused on the reduction of technology risk, governance and compliance to policies and regulatory compliance.

Develop IT security standards, policy, procedures, and controls for managing risks.

High level of communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels.

Initiate, establish and maintain robust relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

Resolve complex IT related issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.

Visa Status and Security Clearance.

Candidates Must Have Negative Vetting Level 1 Clearance.
