As Lead

Videographer and Editor for Media 44, You own video end to end - concept, camera work, editing - turning property, real estate agents and brand briefs into content people actually stop to watch. You're not slotting into someone else's playbook; you're writing it. As one of our early senior creatives, the standard you set now becomes the standard we scale, future hires who follow will be measured against the bar you build. It's hands-on craft and real creative ownership in equal measure — the chance to shape a young brand's look while it's still being defined, and grow with it as it takes off.

Key responsibilities

1. Filming, capturing and directing video content that stops people scrolling

2. Editing and post-producing video content using industry-standard software, with attention to colour grading, sound design and visual effects

3. Managing video projects from conception through to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met

4. Collaborating with Real estate agents to bring ideas to life and deliver content that exceeds expectations

5. Mentoring and supporting junior videographers and editors within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

6. Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in videography and post-production

What we're looking for

1.



Proven experience as a professional videographer and editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative excellence

2. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent platforms

3. Expert-level knowledge of video production techniques, cinematography principles and post-production workflows

4. Strong understanding of colour correction, colour grading and audio post-production

5. Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software is highly desirable

6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards

7. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members
