About the Role The Lead, Student Acquisition Enablement provides senior operational leadership and specialist assurance expertise for partner-led student acquisition and admissions activities across UTS’s global and digital education portfolios. With a strong focus on scalable growth, this role extends beyond operational delivery to shape admissions oversight in a rapidly expanding area. It offers a genuine opportunity to influence innovative practices that are becoming increasingly key across the higher education sector.

About You As the Lead, Student Acquisition you will have: Solid understanding of admissions quality assurance, audit, governance, risk, compliance, escalation processes and relevant higher education regulatory expectations, including HESF and TEQSA-related considerations.

Understanding of partner-led, transnational, offshore, online or third-party education delivery models and the assurance requirements associated with these models.

Understanding of business process improvement, operating model design, workflow documentation, continuous improvement methods and technology-enabled student acquisition or admissions operations.

Expert knowledge of university admissions processes, ideally across both domestic and international higher education environments, including eligibility assessment,



entry requirements, qualifications assessment, selection criteria, articulation pathways and admissions decision-making frameworks.

Extensive experience in university admissions or student acquisition operations in a higher education environment, including interpretation and application of admissions criteria, entry requirements, qualifications assessment frameworks, admissions policy and decision-making processes.

Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, support testing, implement system enhancements, improve data quality, strengthen workflow controls or deliver technology-enabled business solutions Please address the above selection criteria within your cover letter as part of your application.

Remuneration & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $125,706 - $ 143,166 (HEW 8) This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 12 months.



The team work on a hybrid working arrangement and are on campus 3-days a week and otherwise when required.
