Join a growing team that's redefining leadership capability across Retail Insurance Australia (RIA). As our Leadership & Organisational Development Specialist, you'll help create the frameworks, initiatives and ways of working that support non-executive leaders, including frontline leaders, to thrive, and teams to perform at their best. From strengthening coaching and leadership practices to supporting strategic business initiatives, you'll partner with stakeholders across brands such as NRMA and RACQ Insurance to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful change.
This is an prospect to influence leadership at scale while helping create better experiences for both employees and customers.
This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Review and uplift leadership operating rhythms, including team huddles, coaching practices and other key leader interactions.
- Develop tools, standards and leadership role maps that help define what great leadership looks like across RIA.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver leadership and organisational development initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
- Support large scale transformation programs by providing leadership, capability and change expertise.
- Use data, feedback and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in organisational development, management consulting, change management or a similar discipline.
- Experience designing and implementing leadership, capability or organisational initiatives.
- Strong project delivery skills and confidence managing competing priorities.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across a complex organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
- Experience working with frontline or customer-facing business areas will be highly regarded.
