Bring our passion for premium chocolate and exceptional service to life for every customer ? About You You'll Bring Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or premium customer service A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences

Energy, adaptability and excitement about launching a brand-new store

Confidence working in a busy, high-traffic retail workplace

Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods

Bilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base And of course... a love of chocolate is always a bonus! ?
