This position is a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, based on one of our projects in the Goldfields region.

Must Haves





- Australian recognised Heavy Mobile Plant trade qualification
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence — minimum C class
- Proven experience in a Leading Hand, supervisory, or senior trades role
- Experience working with OEM equipment (CAT and Hitachi)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a crew effectively
- Dedication to maintaining high safety standards within the workshop
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance

Desirable but Not Essential

- High Risk Work Licence — LF, WP, DG, RB, CN
- Aircon ticket and current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Cert II Tyre Fitting
- Current valid HR Licence
- S26 certification (applicants with S26 preferred)
