Roundwood Civil & Labour are seeking a reliable and experienced leading hand to join the team across a range of civil and structural works.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading and supervising a small crew in office
- Coordinating daily tasks and allocating work to team members
- Performing hands-on civil works as required
- Assisting with site setup, preparation, and ongoing works
- Working alongside Excavators
- Ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently
- Maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing site safety standards
- Liaising with supervisors and trades to keep work progressing
- Working with the team to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for

- 5 years’ civil construction experience, including leading hand exposure
- Multiskilled across groundworks and plant operation




- Experience on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, retaining walls)
- Able to lead a crew while remaining hands-on
- White Card and reliable transport
- Strong safety and teamwork focus
- Able to pass drug & alcohol screening and medical

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
