They are now looking for a Lease Administrator to support the smooth management of commercial leasing and contract administration activities.
Your new role In this role, you will help keep lease information accurate, organised and up to date. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support leasing processes from agreement setup through to ongoing administration, documentation and reporting.
- Keep commercial tenancy records accurate and up to date for new and existing agreements
- Monitor lease terms, obligations and key dates so stakeholders have the right information when they need it
- Prepare and issue tenant correspondence and notices, including information relating to rent and outgoings
- Support the finalisation of transactions, including execution, record keeping and secure storage of agreements
- Assist with rent, outgoings and other ad hoc recovery items
- Maintain bank guarantee registers and support accurate lease documentation management
- Assist with lease-related reporting and budget information as required
What you'll need to succeed This role would suit someone who enjoys working with detail,
systems and stakeholders. You will be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will also bring:
- Experience in commercial lease administration, contract administration or property administration will be highly regarded
- Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems, databases and Microsoft Office programs
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- The ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A team-focused mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative working environment
