What You'll Do

- Support the management of office leasing portfolios while learning transaction processes and market dynamics.
- Assist tenants and landlords through leasing transactions, gaining exposure to all stages from initial inquiry to deal completion.
- Help identify new business opportunities and participate in client relationship building under senior team guidance.
- Maintain client databases, contribute to market reports, and develop your understanding of commercial real estate trends.

What We're Looking For





- Strong interest in commercial real estate with eagerness to learn and build a career in office leasing.
- Sales, customer service, or related experience demonstrating client engagement skills (office leasing experience is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to develop negotiation capabilities.
- NSW Real Estate registration/license required (or ability to obtain).
