This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the Lower North Shore's premium offices, working across some of Sydney's most desirable properties alongside a young, successful and genuinely supportive team.

Starting in Leasing, you'll gain hands-on experience across a high-end residential portfolio with average rents around $2,000 per week, giving you exposure to premium properties, landlords and tenants from day one.

And for the right person, Leasing is just the beginning. There's a genuine pathway into residential Sales, making this ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build towards becoming a successful Sales Agent.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll be responsible for

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Working with prospective tenants across premium properties
- Processing applications and managing leasing enquiries
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Assisting with new listings and leasing campaigns
- Working closely with the Property Management and Sales teams

You don't need to know everything already. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and ambition, with previous real estate experience to build on.

- Early in your real estate career and hungry to progress
- Previous experience working in real estate
- Confident, well-presented and comfortable speaking with people
- Energetic and willing to learn
- Reliable, organised and switched on
- Interested in building a long-term career in residential Sales
- Someone who enjoys being part of a social, supportive team
- Motivated by working around successful people and premium property
