Position Description Reporting directly to the Head of Property with a dotted line to the General Counsel and working as part of a high-calibre in-house legal team, this role will see you providing a wide range of legal advice on property and development matters.

Key responsibilities include: Advising on acquisitions, disposals and development projects;

Drafting and reviewing property and commercial transaction agreements and contracts;

Collaborating with senior internal stakeholders and managing external advisors; and

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the legal team.





Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have: 3+ years’ PQE in property law, gained from a leading private practice or established in-house team.

Exposure to large scale property acquisitions, disposals and developments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor junior lawyers. On offer is a highly competitive salary and a great team culture with solid career progression.
