You will be the first person to greet clients by phone and in office as our legal receptionist and the ongoing management of client relations, hence you will be a people person.
We are a friendly boutique law firm based in the Shoalhaven, and in your role you will also work closely to support our team working both remotely and in office.

- Client reception and phone enquiries

- Assisting solicitors with documents and appointments
- Administrative support across the team
About you
- Friendly, organised, and reliable
- Ability to work in a bustling boutique firm and triage your tasks efficiently
- Robust communication and attention to detail
- Willing to learn or build on existing skills
- Competent in Canva, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF
- Driver’s licence and reliable car required
Salary commensurate with experience.
