APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Capalaba, QLD site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will support participants to become job-ready, actively market candidates to employers, and build sustainable employment pathways.
You will balance people support with employer engagement, manage a robust employer pipeline, and drive KPI-driven outcomes. This role runs Monday–Friday, with base salary plus incentives and opportunities for training and certification.
