We have a fantastic career opportunity for a Leisure & Lifestyle Officer to join our Team. The role would be on a part-time basis.
Job tasks and responsibilities
About the Role
Samkay Health is currently seeking applications from dedicated Leisure & Lifestyle Officer to organise and manage lifestyle services for our residents in an individual, flexible, and customer focused manner.
- Reliability, flexibility and ability to work as a positive team member in a busy aged care environment
- Demonstrated resident advocacy while ensuring dignity of residents in your care
- Possession of a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Leisure & Lifestyle (or equivalent qualification).
Skills and experience
What we expect
- Passionate about residential aged care
- Must be flexible and self-motivated with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience working in residential aged care
- Certificate 3 or higher in Aged Care / Leisure & Lifestyle
- Current and Valid Police Check
- Valid Driving License
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
