We’re partnering with RMT, a growing Newcastle technology business looking to add two experienced engineers to their team – a Level 3 Support Engineer and an IT Project Engineer.

The roles
Level 3 Support Engineer
You’ll be the senior escalation point within the support team, resolving complex technical issues while helping develop and mentor junior engineers.
IT Project Engineer
You’ll deliver customer projects across Microsoft cloud and infrastructure environments, taking work from planning and implementation through to testing, documentation and handover.
The tech stack: We don't expect you to tick every box, but we're interested in experience across:
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
- Azure
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Intune
- Windows Server
- VMware / Hyper-V
- Networking, firewalls & VPNs
- Backup & disaster recovery
- Microsoft Defender / security
- PowerShell
For the Project Engineer,
we're particularly interested in experience delivering migrations, cloud implementations, infrastructure upgrades and other customer projects. For the Level 3 Engineer, we're looking for strong troubleshooting skills and someone who enjoys mentoring L1/L2 engineers
