emotional and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of lifeDevelop resident care plans and complete key lifestyle assessmentsWork together with clinical teams and allied health professions provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independenceCoach care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residentsLiaise with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferencesEngage with residents’ families to encourage visitation and socialisationDemonstrate Person Centred Care principles approachTertiary qualifications desirableThis is not just a job but a career!
