Westpoint Autos is looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our workshop team at Seventeen Mile Rocks. This is a rare opportunity to work across one of the most diverse brand portfolios in the industry, combining the reliability of established household names with the fastest-growing new-energy and Chinese automotive brands entering the Australian market. And no, you won't be working Saturdays — we run a Monday to Friday workshop, so your weekends stay yours.

The Opportunity At Westpoint Autos, no two days look the same. You'll work across established, trusted brands including Isuzu, Suzuki, Nissan, and Hyundai, giving you a strong foundation of consistent, high-volume servicing work. Alongside this, you'll get hands-on experience with the brands leading Australia's next automotive wave: Mahindra, SsangYong, GWM, LDV, Jaecoo, XPeng, and Chery.

These emerging brands are rapidly expanding their presence on Australian roads, bringing new technology, new platforms, and new challenges technicians rarely get exposure to elsewhere. For a technician who wants to stay ahead of the curve, build rare diagnostic experience, and future-proof their skill set,



this is genuinely one of the most exciting multi-brand workshops in the region to work in.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across passenger and light commercial vehicles, complete manufacturer-specified maintenance and warranty work, use manufacturer diagnostic tools and software across a wide brand range, and work closely with our service advisors and workshop team to deliver quality repairs efficiently and safely.

What We're Looking For

We're after a qualified automotive technician, ideally with a Certificate three in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, current driver's license, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in working across a broad and evolving brand range, including newer-to-market technology. Previous dealership or multi-brand workshop experience is highly regarded but not essential, we're happy to invest in the right attitude.
