Are you an experienced Logistics Administrator or Warehouse Administrator with knowledge in the Food Processing and/or Cold Stores industry then take the next step in your career with Harvey Beef, Western Australia's largest beef processor The Opportunity The Logistics Administrator role is ideal for someone who has passion for stock and inventory management as well as meeting deadlines. Reporting to the Cold Stores Manager, the Logistics Administrator role will co-ordinate the logistics of stock movements between processing and third-party transport companies. This role offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Completing Documentation for Distribution
- Pallet Control
- Input Sales orders
- Invoice Sales orders
- Co-ordinate Domestic Shipments Nationally
- Interaction with Export/Domestic Transport Companies.
- Understanding of Export/Domestic Requirements
- Close Liaison with Sales Team
- Liaise with customers with stock movements.
- Liaise with service providers.
- Clear communication to on-floor production employees and Supervision

What We're Looking For:

- Administration and Logistics Experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools specifically Word, Excel, Office 365
- Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and companies
- Positive organisation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Working towards Cert III in Warehousing
