About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management are currently seeking Maintenance Carpenter'sto join our South West Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides maintenance services to public housing dwellings for the Department of Communities within the South West region.

About You
To join our team, you will be an experienced carpenter who has experience in a domestic or commercial environment, has excellent attention to detail and a strength for delivering a high quality service without compromise. The incumbent is a key person within the Team, promoting staff morale while displaying a “can do” and “Team Player” attitude. Additionally, you will provide first-class customer service whilst maintaining a commitment to the safety of yourself and others at all times.
- A trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery
- Experience on domestic, commercial or industrial works
- Current driver's license & white card
- Demonstrate a qualified approach to the workplace
- Execute work that is of a high standard
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality,
environmental, occupational health and safety management systems
