Rodgers Plumbing is seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team on a full-time basis in Perth, WA. As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across commercial properties, ensuring our clients receive prompt and professional service.

What you'll be doing
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing faults and issues including leaks, blockages, and system failures
- Performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems and extend system lifespan
- Installing, replacing and upgrading plumbing fixtures, pipes and related equipment
- Conducting inspections of plumbing systems and providing detailed reports
- Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and addressing urgent plumbing issues
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order and restocking vehicles with necessary materials
- Documenting completed work and maintaining accurate service records on app provided
What we're looking for
- Australian Citizenship
- A recognized plumbing qualification
- Current plumbing licence or registration as required by Western Australian regulations
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a plumber in maintenance and repair roles
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanour
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions and confined spaces
- Valid driving licence
- Police Clearance
