We're looking for a production / maintenance technician to play a key role in our growing Dunsborough based workshop. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining the automated RT-EDM machining system that manufactures our patented and innovative load indicating RT-Bolts to ISO 9001 standards. You will also be involved in building additional RT-EDM machines for overseas expansion.

RT-Bolt is a subsidiary of Integrity Engineering Solutions (founded 2010), an established global leader in the field of bolted joint engineering consulting, product and software development.

What you'll do:

- Take responsibility for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the RT-EDM machinery used in the production of RT-Bolts, while adhering to strict manufacturing procedures, including safety and quality guidelines
- Establish and improve a planned maintenance program for the RT-EDM machinery.
- Provide training & supervision to an apprentice.
- Work with IES engineers to fine tune the machining and quality assurance processes
- Be an integral part of establishing process and workshop optimization and improvement, including writing of manuals and procedures
- Oversee the roll out of production to other global sites in the coming years, including training of overseas personnel
- Production related tasks including plating and surface treatment.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

- Maintenance Technician, Production Technician or a Mechanical Fitting background.
- Track record adhering to ISO 9001 compliance and quality control processes
- Proven demonstrable ability to meet and exceed manufacturing production targets,



while ensuring optimal equipment availability.
- Experience with establishing and maintaining precision alignment of componentry
- A "can-do" attitude and a passion for problem-solving and optimizing processes.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues and engineers.
- A strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and a focus on efficiency.

RT-Bolt commercialization is currently on a steep continuous improvement curve, with ongoing improvement and consolidation of the manufacturing process. As such, this position requires an individual who is capable of troubleshooting problems, will adhere to current established procedures and can cope with changing scope, processes and procedures. We are looking for a candidate who can adapt and drive continuity in production, rather than someone who is only comfortable with fully established production processes. In this sense, enthusiasm, adaptability and an open mind are more important than experience for this key role.

Bonus points for:

- Experience maintaining and operating complex, automated manufacturing machinery
- Experience with common machining production processes, such as CNC lathes and EDM machinery.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Renewables or Mining industries.
