About the role
Henty Gold Mine is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead the underground maintenance team, ensuring protected, reliable and cost-effective maintenance of underground plant, equipment and the surface mobile fleet.
This is a key leadership role reporting to the Underground Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a strong safety culture
- Manage preventative and breakdown maintenance programs
- Lead and develop maintenance personnel
- Coordinate servicing and repairs to maximise equipment availability
- Manage maintenance costs and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships across operations and contractors
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements
About you
- Trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle/Plant Mechanic)
- 7 years underground mobile/fixed plant experience
- Proven leadership and people management
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
