About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable, motivated Trade Assistant to join the team in Windsor. You will be working alongside qualified tradespeople on sites, providing key hands-on support to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist tradespeople with everyday site setup, tool prep, and material handling
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized, and protected work areas
- Load and unload deliveries, equipment, and materials
- Perform basic site assembly, measuring, and prep work

Requirements & Qualifications

- Current Driver’s License and reliable transport
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Previous experience in a construction, manufacturing, or trade environment preferred
- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
- Punctual, reliable, and strong team player
