Bathroom's team is seeking a passionate and driven Manager/2IC. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives Great Service, Always! Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential - we value leadership, initiative, and a strong retail mindset.
Key Responsibilities - Drive sales and gross profit targets
- Lead, train, and support staff in company policies and procedures
- Coordinate in-store promotions and merchandising
