The Opportunity

This is a genuine Manager-level role with responsibility across clients, people, workflow and technical development.

You will

- Manage and develop client relationships
- Review accounting and tax work
- Lead and support junior team members
- Manage workflow and deadlines
- Provide technical guidance and coaching
- Identify opportunities to broaden client engagements beyond compliance

About You

You will ideally have

- Strong Australian public practice experience
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience managing clients and reviewing work
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Leadership or mentoring experience




- Solid communication and commercial judgement
- Full Australian working rights

This may also suit an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to step up.
