Our client:

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading residential and home care provider based in Perth as the Manager - Home Care leading the Support at Home operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage the operational performance of the Support at Home program, balancing exceptional client outcomes with compliance, financial sustainability and service growth. You will drive operational excellence and build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver services efficiently and in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home Program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and operational leadership overseeing Support at Home and private services.
- Ensure governance, workforce capability, financial performance, compliance, and a high‑quality client experience.
- Lead end‑to‑end service delivery, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and alignment with funding rules and approved plans.
- Expand the current service and build and grow the home care business.
- Monitor budgets, utilisation, and revenue to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure full compliance with legislation, Aged Care Act, Quality Standards, OSH, funding agreements, and internal policies.
- Conduct audits, oversee documentation, and manage operational risks.
- Act as first point of contact for complaints and incidents, ensuring timely acknowledgement, documentation,



and resolution.
- Lead the team through coaching, supervision, performance management, and induction.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high‑performing culture.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic planning across the division.

To be successful:

- Demonstrated leadership experience within Home Care, Community Care, or the aged care sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Support at Home Program.
- AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing - desirable.
- Solid financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- A strong understanding of aged care quality, compliance and governance
- The ability to lead change while maintaining team engagement and service quality
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A current National Police Clearance
