- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231 to $178,369 + super

The Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) has an exciting opportunity to join the Asset Development and Delivery team in a newly established role created to strengthen executive coordination, governance and delivery support across a complex and high-profile portfolio. Reporting to the Executive Director, Asset Development and Delivery, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, coordinating priorities and ensuring effective oversight of a growing pipeline of infrastructure, asset and development initiatives. This role has been established to address the need for centralised planning, reporting and issue management, providing greater visibility of risks, priorities and delivery outcomes across the portfolio.

Working at the centre of executive decision-making, you will provide strategic, operational and secretariat support, prepare high-quality advice and communications, and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to influence how work is planned, governed and delivered, while contributing to the successful delivery of key organisational priorities and major development initiatives. The role is ideally suited to a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex programs of work

What you will bring to the role

- Demonstrated experience providing strategic executive,



coordination or secretariat support within a complex organisation or project environment.
- Solid ability to manage competing priorities, monitor actions and risks, and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including the preparation of briefings, reports, submissions, presentations and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
- Experience building effective relationships and working collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting governance, business planning, performance reporting or continuous improvement initiatives.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

What is an essential requirement:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
