Role details
Leads the strategic design and delivery of integrated, user‑centred services, improving access to collections across digital and onsite channels. Drives innovation through evidence‑based service development, oversees complex projects and service reform, and builds robust partnerships. Provides people leadership to develop high‑performing teams, ensuring services are inclusive, responsive and aligned with organisational priorities.
