About Feel Good Events

Feel Good Events is a Melbourne based event styling and planning company specialising in weddings, parties and corporate events.

We help our clients create the right atmosphere and guest experience through thoughtful styling, layout and event design.

We've spent years refining our positioning, messaging and customer journey. Now we're looking for the right marketer to help bring that strategy to life consistently across every customer touchpoint.

We're now looking for someone to take ownership of executing our marketing across social media, email, our website and client resources. As your understanding of our customers and business grows, you'll have the opportunity to contribute more ideas and influence future marketing initiatives.

The Role

This is a hands on marketing role focused on executing and managing our day to day marketing activities.

You'll work closely with the business owner to ensure our marketing remains consistent, professional and focused on the right audience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and scheduling content across our social media channels.
- Repurposing blogs, event photos and videos into engaging social media content.
- Writing captions and marketing copy that speaks to our ideal clients.
- Creating and sending our weekly email newsletter.
- Designing client facing brochures, service guides and marketing material in Canva.
- Updating website content, including blogs and service pages.




- Maintaining our marketing content calendar.
- Monitoring basic marketing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Helping maintain a consistent brand voice across every customer touchpoint.

The Skills You Already Have We're looking for someone who already has solid marketing foundations, including:

- Around 2 years' experience in a marketing, content or digital marketing role.
- Confident using Canva to create professional marketing content.
- Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with websites and digital marketing platforms. Experience with WordPress is an advantage but not essential.
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Hours & Location

- Full Time
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Based in our Ferntree Gully office.
- Full time in the office during your probation period.
- Permanent Australian residents only.
