What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our retail centre in Brisbane on a fixed term contract.

The Marketing

Coordinator is responsible for successfully and consistently marketing the shopping centre's brand and values while showcasing its difference within the market. This role will create and execute the marketing strategy within budget, ensuring the centre is well presented, the message aligns with client requirements, and activities are well planned and executed.

An overview of the role: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive centre growth and profitability

Manage marketing budget and provide financial reporting to clients

Analyse sales and traffic data while monitoring retailer performance

Create and maintain digital marketing and social media platforms

Build community and retailer relationships





Ensure brand consistency across all communications

Manage PR, advertising, and media relationships

Report to Centre Manager with responsibility for the centre's marketing performance and ROI

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Demonstrated experience driving sales and traffic in a retail environment

Tertiary degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Highly organised with ability to demonstrate the value link between marketing activity and client investment performance

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decision-making with peers and clients A creative problem solver who actively seeks out improvement opportunities
