We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to join our Sydney studio on a full-time, 9 month fixed-term contract. Working closely with our national marketing team, you’ll play a key role in designing a range of marketing collateral and supporting in-house creative needs to help strengthen our brand identity and profile.

About the role

As part of the marketing team, the role requires content creation and implementation of:

- Social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Newsletter EDM’s (via Mailchimp)
- Email Banners
- Website updates
- Marketing campaigns
- Advertisements
- Award Submissions

In-house, the role includes assisting the Architects & Interior designers on projects and various studio tasks such as:
- Bid submissions (EOI's, RFT's, capability statements)
- Upkeep & consistency of brand identity across all media
- Design reports
- Standard Architectural submission documents
- Presentations




- Event invitations
- Studio guides & handbooks
- Staff portrait photos

Skills we’re looking for:
- Qualified Graphic Designer
- 2 years’ experience in the industry is preferred
- A keen eye for layout and detail
- Videography – filming & editing (advantageous)

- Copywriting (advantageous)

- Affinity suite

- Lightroom

- Premiere Pro (advantageous)

- After Effects (advantageous)

- Microsoft office
