Sunrise Hardware and Garden Products is a well-established import/wholesale business, operating since 1983. We are a major distributor of hardware, building supplies and garden products located in Direk, and we require a full time Marketing / Graphic Design / Sales and Administration Assistant in our busy office. This role will be supporting the National Sales Manager, Commercial Manager and Sales teams in their day-to-day activities and reports to the National Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create B2B marketing materials from concept and design through to print, including monthly promotional campaigns
- Digital marketing through HubSpot email campaigns and social media content
- Product photography
- Website maintenance
- Create product labels and barcodes
- Design / build merchandise displays
- Monthly sales / analysis reports
- Produce customer price lists and margin calculations
- Answer phone calls and process sales orders
- Assist with general administration, including data entry, invoicing and other tasks
Skills and Attributes
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
Indesign)
- Photography and photo editing skills will be looked upon favourably
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or design an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Multitasker
We require a self-motivated, energetic person that has a robust sense of responsibility. The successful candidate will have an easy going and friendly attitude and be able to handle a wide variety of tasks. Also, a willingness to provide high level of customer service as they will be, at times, one of the first point of contacts for our customers and enquires. They need to be able to problem solve, manage their time effectively and work in an office team environment.
