Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Carlton, VIC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that support project launches, sales goals, and brand awareness across Resi Ventures’ property developments. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing plans for estates, coordinating digital and traditional marketing activities, managing social media and website content, and collaborating with sales teams to generate qualified leads.

The Marketing

Executive will analyze market data and campaign performance,



prepare reports and presentations, and assist with events, promotional materials, and stakeholder communications. This position works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, engaging messaging that reflects the company’s people-focused approach to property development.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns for residential property developments.

Ability to conduct Market Research to understand buyer demographics, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.

Excellent Communication skills for crafting clear messaging, presenting insights, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in Sales and marketing support to drive lead generation, nurture prospective buyers, and align marketing activities with sales objectives.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is highly beneficial.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced setting.
