About the Opportunity A growing technology company in the hospitality industry is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Interns to join its team in Brisbane. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in field marketing, business development, client engagement, and B2B sales.

This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience while building a strong foundation for a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, and other hospitality businesses to introduce the company's software solutions.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business development targets.

Requirements




- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident approaching and engaging with business owners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with travelling locally for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
