About Josys
Josys is a modern AI-native identity security and governance platform. Enterprise AI adoption has made identity the fastest-growing attack surface, and the hardest to govern. Josys discovers, governs, and secures every identity - human, machine, and AI agent - across every application in the enterprise, allowing security and IT teams to surface risk, control access, and remediate identity threats in real-time.
Trusted by over 1,000 organizations and MSPs worldwide, Josys turns identity from the fastest-growing attack surface into an autonomously governed advantage.

Overview The Marketing Representative is the engine behind Josys's on-the-ground marketing presence in Sydney — the person who makes events happen, campaigns ship on time, and assets look sharp. This role sits at the intersection of field marketing, content production, and campaign operations, working directly with the Head of Marketing across the full marketing stack. Success here looks like a well-run event programme, a steady output of clean, on-brand creative, and campaign execution that is disciplined, data-informed, and always moving forward.
Role Expectations
- Own end-to-end logistics for industry events, webinars, conferences, and customer meetups across Australia and occasionally the US — covering timelines, vendor coordination, booth setup, swag, and post-event follow-up with no detail left to chance.
- Identify relevant events and sponsorship opportunities that put Josys in front of IT and security buyers, using AI to scan the landscape,
shortlist high-value options, and build a prioritised recommendations brief in a fraction of the time it would take manually.
- Plan and execute Josys-hosted events and virtual roundtables from concept through to debrief, coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout.
- Produce marketing assets — social graphics, email banners, presentation decks, one-pagers, and event collateral — using Canva, Figma, or Adobe, with a consistent eye for on-brand, audience-appropriate design.
- Support demand generation campaign execution: setting up emails, scheduling social content, managing landing page updates, and pulling performance reports that give the team a clear, honest read on what is working.
- Use AI to draft, iterate, and refine short-form content for LinkedIn and other channels — copy, graphics briefs, and light video concepts — accelerating output without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
- Maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot or equivalent — keeping lists clean, workflows functional, and reporting accurate so the team can make quick, informed decisions.
- Support the Head of Marketing with competitor analysis and market research,
leveraging AI tools to surface insights quickly and present them in a format the team can act on.
- Keep marketing project trackers, content calendars, and asset libraries organised and current — the kind of operational discipline that means nothing falls through the cracks as the team scales.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, events, or communications role — agency or in-house both welcome; what matters is that you have shipped real work and can point to it.
- Practical AI fluency: you already use AI tools in your day-to-day work to move faster and think more clearly, and you are actively building on that habit rather than treating it as optional.
- Strong design sensibility with hands-on experience in Canva, Figma, or Adobe — you produce visuals that are clean, on-brand, and built for the right audience without needing a designer to fix them.
- Clear, confident written communication — you can write a crisp social post, a punchy event brief, or a stakeholder summary without extensive editing or hand-holding.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and details simultaneously without losing track of any of them.
- Comfort working with data — reading a campaign report, maintaining a spreadsheet, or tracking event ROI is second nature, not a chore.
- Proactive ownership mindset: you notice what needs doing and do it, and you default to figuring things out rather than waiting to be told how.
- Based in Sydney, NSW, with the ability to be on-site for events and regular team collaboration.
