The role

Colorfast is a 20 year old creative agency on the NSW coast working with premium marine, tourism and hospitality brands. We're growing, and we're bringing in a strategist to work alongside our Director and Creative Director across the roster.

You'll work on our flagship accounts, GoBoat Australia and d'Albora Marinas, along with our coastal hospitality and tourism clients and the new businesses coming through.

Your week

Building content strategy and calendars across your accounts. Writing in brand voice. Briefing creative into our design and production team. On the water at shoots across Sydney, the Gold Coast and Port Stephens. Reading the numbers, adjusting what isn't working, and pulling reporting together for clients who treat marketing as an investment, not a cost.

You

You've done this before, at an agency or across brands you've grown yourself, and you can show the results. You've got a genuine creative eye and you can brief work properly. Confident on camera and in a client meeting.



You think in bookings and growth, not likes. You use up-to-date tools, including AI, to move faster. And you hold a high bar, because nothing ships here unless it's right.

What you need

Four or more years in social media management, marketing coordination or strategy. Account growth you can prove. Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools and analytics. Strong writing skills. A driver's licence and willingness to travel for shoots, travel covered.
