Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Marketplace Specialist.

The Marketplace

Specialist will manage and optimize the company’s presence on digital marketplaces and platforms, including listing creation, pricing updates, promotions, and catalog maintenance.

Responsibilities include monitoring marketplace performance, analyzing sales data, and recommending improvements to increase visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate content, timely inventory updates, and consistent branding across all channels.

Specialist will also respond to marketplace-related inquiries, resolve listing issues, and stay informed about platform policies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Experience with online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms, including listing management, pricing updates, and catalog organization.
- Skills in data analysis and reporting to track performance metrics, identify trends,



and support data-driven decisions.
- Strong written communication skills for clear product descriptions, marketplace messaging, and internal collaboration.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple marketplace tasks and deadlines in a part time remote environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO for listings, promotions, and customer acquisition.
- Comfort with using productivity tools, spreadsheets, and marketplace dashboards; ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a distributed setting.
- Prior experience in technology, AI, or security-focused products is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
