Role - Master Scheduler | Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to provide specialist planning and scheduling expertise across a major transformation program. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules, managing dependencies and resources, monitoring progress, and providing clear reporting to support successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain and review integrated program planning and scheduling standards and practices.
· Provide expert planning and scheduling advice to support timely delivery of program initiatives.
· Develop and maintain master schedules covering multiple concurrent implementations and workstreams.
· Facilitate planning workshops to establish realistic timelines, milestones, dependencies and interdependencies.
· Collaborate with project and program stakeholders to capture, validate and baseline schedules.
· Monitor schedule progress and performance, identifying variances, constraints, risks and potential delivery impacts.
· Identify critical path issues and recommend corrective actions to support on-time delivery.
· Map and maintain schedule logic, dependencies and interdependencies across multiple implementations.
· Monitor resource supply and demand and proactively communicate potential impacts to delivery.
· Identify and implement improvements to planning and scheduling processes and practices.
· Ensure schedules are developed and maintained in accordance with scheduling best practices.
· Provide accurate and timely reporting on schedule status, progress, risks, issues and constraints.
· Support knowledge transfer and handover activities to build scheduling capability within the organisation.
Required Skills & Experience
· Extensive experience in master scheduling and program planning across large-scale transformation or complex project environments.
· Strong hands-on experience with MS Project / Microsoft Project Online or similar enterprise scheduling tools.
· Proven experience managing integrated schedules across multiple concurrent projects, workstreams and implementations.
· Strong understanding of resource management, schedule dependencies, critical path, schedule logic, baselining and progress monitoring.
· Demonstrated experience facilitating planning workshops and establishing delivery timelines and interdependencies.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying schedule weaknesses, gaps and risks.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce explicit schedule reporting and provide high-level advice.
· Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and influence teams across complex delivery environments.
· Experience working on large-scale transformation programs within government or private sector environments is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of scheduling standards, methodologies and industry best practices.
