Right now, we’re looking for experienced meat processors with strong knife skills, to prepare our meat products, to help make top quality baked goods for our customers.

What You’ll Do

- Cut, dice, prepare and mince meats to recipe specs (no beef carcass breaking)

- Maintain sharp knives and safe knife-handling practices

- Follow quality control and meat-processing standards; complete basic records

- Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance at all times

- Collaborate with the production team to meet schedules and minimise waste

- Handle manual tasks safely (lifting, staging, sanitising, end-of-shift clean-down)

About You





- Available Monday–Friday from 5:00 am

- Experience in meat preparation, cutting, dicing and mincing

- Strong knife-sharpening skills

- Solid understanding of QC and meat processing standards

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Physically capable to meet the demands of the job

- Safety-first mindset with WHS compliance

- Thrive in a fast-paced workplace

- Cert II or III in Meat Processing (advantageous, not essential)
