Join Stan's energetic in-house Media Team within the broader Marketing department as a Media Executive driving channel performance across both digital and traditional landscapes. Reporting to the Media Manager, you will take a channel-agnostic approach to media planning and execution for priority entertainment titles. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your media expertise, influence audience targeting, and deliver high-impact campaign results.
Day to day you will:
Lead campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting via Google Marketing Platform and Social Ads Managers.
Support media planning for key entertainment titles using audience consumption and competitive insights.
Conduct independent audience research using Nielsen, Kantar, and GWI to sharpen campaign targeting.
Manage PCR processes, spend pacing, and financial reconciliation with total budget accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, PR, and Creative teams to build integrated campaigns.
Partner with the Media Manager to mentor Media Coordinators and support their ongoing career growth.
What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience within a media agency or similar fast-paced environment.
Practical experience or familiarity with TV trading tools, such as SMD and VOZ.
Exposure to wider media systems, which may include MOVE, DV360, Social Ads Manager, The Trade Desk and AdIntel.
Solid understanding of the contemporary Australian media landscape.
Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
Sound operational discipline across spend pacing, invoice management, and budget oversight.
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
