About the role

Based in either our Launceston or Burnie offie, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting local businesses with our high-quality audiences. This is a fast-paced role where you will hunt for new business, manage a portfolio of lapsed clients, and develop creative integrated marketing solutions across print and digital platforms.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving Growth: Identifying and securing new revenue opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Client Strategy: Developing persuasive pitches and proposals that solve customer objectives and concerns.
- Market Expertise: Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the local market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Relationship Management:



Building strong rapport with new and existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and spend.

What you’ll bring

- Proven Sales Track Record: 3-5 years of face-to-face sales experience with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Strategic Mindset: The ability to think on your feet and provide solution-based marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills: You are a confident presenter and negotiator who can build rapport quickly.
- Local Knowledge: (Desirable) A strong base of relevant industry contacts within the Launceston OR Burnie area.
- Mobility: A current valid driver’s license and a well-maintained vehicle are essential.
