CPAP Consultant & ReceptionistKey Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's daily booking system.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Educate patients on the use, care, and maintenance of CPAP equipment.
- Perform CPAP mask fittings and assist patients in selecting appropriate equipment and accessories.
- Process sales, rentals, and payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and maintain an organised showroom and reception area.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding referrals and patient follow-up.
- Provide ongoing support to patients to encourage successful CPAP therapy.
- Complete general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning,



and data entry.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to a positive and supportive team setting.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in reception, administration, retail, or healthcare is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- A caring, patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CPAP or sleep therapy is an advantage; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $30.00 – $36.40 per hour
