Role Description The Merchandise Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mildura, VIC. This role is responsible for managing the product range and merchandise strategy across showrooms, ensuring items are selected, priced, and displayed to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data and customer feedback, coordinating with suppliers, planning and implementing merchandising plans, and maintaining product information and pricing accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with showroom teams to optimize product presentation, supporting promotional campaigns, and monitoring stock levels to ensure availability.

The Merchandise





Manager works closely with internal stakeholders to uphold quality standards and align merchandise decisions with the company’s vision and customer care focus.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in merchandise management, buying, or retail product coordination, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, market trends, and customer insights to inform merchandising decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management, pricing, and product lifecycle management, including coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with showroom staff, operations, and management.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple product lines and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with using retail or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to manage product data and reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset, with an understanding of tailoring products and services to diverse needs, including NDIS participants.
- Relevant qualification in business, retail management, merchandising, or a related field is desirable; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
