Job Objective & Role:

The Merchandise Admin plays a critical role in supporting the Planner and inventory functions of the business. This position ensures the smooth management of inventory, maintains accurate stock levels, and supports the planner with order processing and overall Merchandise initiatives. This individual will work closely with multiple departments, including wholesale, retail, logistics, and digital, to ensure product availability and meet company demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise Administration

- Support the planner with administrative tasks, including processing product orders, preparing product data, Buy plan maintenance and updating product pricing and sizing.
- Enter and maintain accurate product and inventory data in the company's ERP system including markdown and promotional activities.
- Assist planner in building and maintaining the assortments across all channels.
- Liaise with the retail team to support store assortment requirements, ensuring product availability aligns with store needs, customer demand, and merchandising strategies.
- Monitor channel sales performance and assist planner in merchandise strategies to increase sales.
- Prepare adhoc merchandise reports based on business needs.
- Monitor size curves and adjust to meet current demand.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication to ensure alignment across teams and successful execution of merchandise initiatives including Pre order and MTO.
- Support AI-driven reporting and business initiatives .

Inventory Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day inventory control,



ensuring accurate tracking of product movements, including receipts, shipments, and stock transfers.
- Complete regular stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Coordinate inbound shipments when necessary and work closely with freight forwarders and 3pl.
- Monitor and track shipments to prevent delays and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Ensure suppliers provide accurate and timely documentation for products, including invoices, delivery receipts, and shipping details.

About You The successful candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering operational excellence within a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Experience within a Merchandise department or a similar position in fashion retail will be highly regarded. AP21 experience and proficiency in Advanced Excel is preferred.
