About the role Platform Advisory Partners is experiencing rapid growth and looking to add an Analyst / Senior Analyst to take a hands-on role across all client and transactional interactions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Review our clients’ growth plans, strategy and transaction requirements
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative financial, valuation, product and industry analysis
- Development of key transaction documents (e.g. information memorandum, investor presentations and financial models)
- Undertake market research to identify potential investors and acquirers
- Build relationships with senior executives, venture capital funds, high net worth individuals and family offices to assess their interest in pursuing opportunities
- Prepare reports for the evaluation of transaction terms
- Actively engage in the management of the due diligence processes
- Liaise with the legal, accounting and/or tax advisors of our clients

Ideal background A successful applicant will:
- Have experience in management consultancy, strategic consultancy, M&A;, equity capital markets, or transactional services.
- Excel under pressure and have the ability to adhere to strict timeframes while working collaboratively
- Have a strong interest in technology, business model generation, strategic execution and commercial transactions.
- Have strong financial modelling skills
- Ability to digest information and distil key points succinctly
- Hold an excellent academic record
- Most importantly be a team player with transparent alignment to our values
