headspace Kempsey is seeking an experienced Mental Health Skilled to lead our multidisciplinary intake team, providing clinical oversight, coordination, supervision and strong leadership to support young people aged 12-25.

As Clinical Lead, you will work with headspace staff and partners to monitor intake systems, recruit and train staff, oversee rosters, and drive service improvement while delivering culturally safe, youth-centred care.
